Chef Nicholas Hooper offers signature dishes such as creamy seafood soup (Crema frutti brodo) and Spaghettini al gamberoni (spaghetti with pan seared prawns.), Local oysters, slow-roasted octopus with a warm salad of smoked chilli and orange, Flinders Island green-lipped abalone sauteed in white truffle oil with Swiss brown mushrooms, Rannock Farm quail risotto, and plump scallops from Stanley when in season.
